I’m a sucker for a good sex toy, aren’t we all?
I have a select few product companies than I can praise until the cows come home, due to their constant releases of quality sex toys and I am happy to say that Nexus are in my top 5.
Today, I shall be delving (or shall I say, this butt plug will be delving into dark depths) into the Nexus Ace, an outstanding anal plug that delivers with every little tingle of it’s body. 
So let’s get the nitty gritty stuff out the way: Nexus offered to send me their new Nexus Ace Vibrating Butt Plug for free, in exchange for an honest and reliable review.
The Nexus Ace is a vibrating butt plug with a difference. It has a wireless remote control but can also be operated by the base of this product. This gives you the option to comfortably play solo, without having to move and fidget to get that perfect vibration or you can let your partner sit back and enjoy the fun of controlling your every little whim.
The Nexus Ace is made from 100% silicone, it is latex and phthalates free, non-porous and submersible, making this bundle of joy 100% body safe. It’s also waterproof! Waterproof means you can go under about 2 meters from the surface and be safe in the knowledge that your product is safe and usable. Yes, wear it in the shower or the bath, get it wet but don’t be diving arse first into the deep end of a swimming pool.
The main body of the Ace is a pointed oval shape, with a tapered point that helps you to ease the butt plug into your desired passageways. It has a silky feel to the silicone and slightly squishy, which makes it more of a comfortable wear. On the end of the oval body shape, there are 3 ribbed edgings. The neck of the Ace is flexible, allowing you to fit this butt plug into your anus with little effort for a more comforting fit, the ribbed effect runs down the full length of the neck. The base of the Ace is flared and thick, which ensures the anal plug will stay put but also houses the mechanics for the Ace.
On the underside of the Ace’s base, there is the on/off button and 2 metal pinpoints, which is where you will attach the charging dock.
With the Nexus Ace, you will receive 1 x butt plug, 1 x wireless remote control, 1 x USB rechargeable lead and 1 x operation manual. Please be aware that you will not receive a plug to use with your charging lead but as it has a USB plug, you can either plug it into a laptop/desktop or use a mobile phone charging adapter.
Although the plug it’s self is rechargeable, the wireless remote control uses 1 x CR2032, which is already inserted into the remote control.
The Ace takes about 2 hours to charge fully and you will get around 75 minutes of play time for it.
The Nexus Ace is said to be ultra quiet, which to me it is. Obviously when it is not inserted, you can hear the vibrations but once you have popped it into the anus, you won’t hear a thing…….well, apart from your partner’s orgasmic cries!
To use, you can either use the button on the base of the plug or the remote control. To switch the Ace on, click the underside button once and then once again and you’re on your way to an orgasmic mind blowing experience. To switch the plug off, hold down this button for 3 seconds. To use the wireless remote, you need to turn your butt plug on, so press the underside button one and then you can flick through the vibration settings with your remote. To switch the plug off with the remote control, hold the remote button down once.
Warning: The wireless remote control is not waterproof!
There are 6 vibration settings from the standard continuous vibration to different variations ( 3 x vibration 2 x pulsations 1 x escalation).
The length of the plug is 5 inches with a 4.5 inch insertion length, with a 2 inch diameter.
I found this vibrating butt plug easy to use, with a drop of water-based lubricant and I was away with the vibes, rocking out to the heavenly sensations with no complaints. I love the different vibration settings and if you want something that packs a punch, this is the anal toy for you! Although I do not wear anal plugs through-out the day, I could see the Nexus Ace being comfortable to wear.
My only issue is with the remote control, it is light and feels ‘tacky’. What if it was to break? Of course you can operate the plug by the base but please ensure you keep the remote control in a safe place.

The RRP of the Ace is £60.00 GBP, which I think is a fair price to pay, seeing as you are receiving a good quality and long lasting sex toy.
